We appreciate that everyone is being overwhelmed with Covid emails, but we wanted to take this opportunity to assure our clients and stake holders that all of our offices remain operational during this very challenging time.

We have taken steps to minimize physical contact by limiting general public access to our offices. Most of our adjusters are working remotely and this will increase as deemed necessary for each location.  We all have access to emails and our files and there should be no disruption to service levels. We have taken steps through our IT department to implement remote capacity for our support staff.   Our plan is to keep all offices open, with reduced on site staffing to address the concerns of close contact.

Claims attendance will exist where field work is necessary. For those situations we have initiated a screening protocol by phone, to ensure that they are not high risk, reducing risk for both the Insured and our employees.  At the same time we also assuring  the insured that we are not in that category. When attending, we are encouraging our adjusters to take all safety precautions and to avoid close contact.

We will continue to monitor the situation which as you know changes daily,  as you can appreciate the situation is fluid.   Our goal is to continue to provide critical claim service, while protecting our staff and doing our part to reduce the transmission of this virus. In the meantime we appreciate that our clients may be working at a reduced capacity and if we can assist in any way please let us know.

For 50 years Coast Claims has provided exceptional service to our loyal clients and we will continue to do so through these challenging times. We hope everyone stays well and we look forward to having this situation behind us as soon as possible.
