Kelly Michael Eisler, CIP
Kelly joined Coast Claims Service Ltd. in 1991. He has a background in Business Administration (Finance) and holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation (CIP).
Kelly specializes in major residential and commercial property losses, often adjusting multi-million dollar fire losses and extensive property damage claims, including business interruption. He also handles property liability and bodily injury claims.
Craig Gamble BSc (Hons), ICIOB, BDMA Ins Tech
Before joining Coast Claims in 2014, Craig was, for 8 years, a loss adjuster in the UK, where he gained extensive experience in the handling of high net worth property losses, and claims with a difficult technical nature. Craig is a member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building), and the CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters) and has a BDMA InsTech accreditation (British Damage Management Association) in the UK. Craig adjusts all lines of claims, including large property losses, and is also the manager of the Nanaimo office of Coast Claims.
Nick Janaszak, BA
Nick has been with Coast Claims since 2006.
Nick is the marine adjuster for the Nanaimo office and specializes in pleasurecraft claims for powerboats, sailboats, PWC’s and houseboats as well as commercial vessels. Nick handles claims for heavy equipment and machinery, ATV’s, and vacation trailers, and is also an established property damage adjuster and is a member of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors.
Verdonna Noye, CIP
Verdonna has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years, including 28 years as a road adjuster for a major insurer. She has her CIP designation, and since joining Coast Claims in 2006, has enjoyed all lines of claims, with an emphasis on residential, commercial and strata property losses.
Sher Holubowich, CIP (AIIC), FCIP, CRM
Sher commenced her insurance career in 1978 with an auto/property insurer in Edmonton, Alberta. In 2006 Sher moved to Nanaimo and entered the independent field where her experience grew involving personal and commercial property, commercial and residential liability, auto physical and injury losses, host liability, and government and municipality losses. Sher obtained her CIP (AIIC) in 1996, her FCIP in 2000 and her CRM in 2006.
Before starting her career as an independent adjuster in 2017, Michelle worked in the property restoration industry for nine years. During that time, Michelle achieved IICRC Water Restoration Technician, and Fire and Smoke Technician designations, as well as an AHERA designation (pertaining to asbestos awareness in buildings). She also spent several years estimating with Xactimate. This training and experience have naturally led Michelle to specialize in property claims. Michelle has obtained her Level 2 license; and continues to work toward attaining her CIP designation. With her attention to detail, and her great people skills, Michelle is an outstanding member of the Coast Claims team.
Ed Salvesen MBA, MScIB, BSc
Ed joined Coast Claims in January 2020, prior to joining Coast Claims Ed was a Business Development Manager for an International Engineering company. This job took him all around the world and away from his family and this is one of the reasons he decided to settle on Vancouver Island. Ed’s qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance as well as a Master’s degree in International Business. Ed is working towards attaining his CIP qualification and is experienced in handling residential, strata, marine, commercial, vehicle and liability claims.
