John has over 33 years of experience investigating, quantifying, and settling property, casualty and bodily injury claims, working over that time as an independent adjuster, a staff adjuster and a claims manager for a major property and casualty insurer. He has worked directly with special SIU and legal counsel on claims investigation and defence and settlement strategies. In addition, he has many years of experience handling and directing large property, liability and bodily injury claims with exposure in excess of one million dollars. John holds a CIP designation, and manages our Abbotsford office, while specializing in adjusting all lines of personal and commercial claims, including property, liability, subrogation and marine.

Pamela brings over a decade of experience as an Independent Adjuster in Ontario, Canada, and internationally, including the London, UK market. She holds an All Lines license and the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and is a member of the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association (CIAA).

Specializing in commercial general liability bodily injury claims and large commercial and residential property losses, Pamela has extensive experience in interviewing and statement-taking with a friendly and professional approach. She collaborates effectively with Adjusters and examiners.

Pamela has experience working with Risk Managers and serving as the Control Adjuster with delegated authority within the SIR. She is also experienced as a CAT Adjuster.

Rob began his career as an Independent Adjuster in 2008, with an international adjusting firm. Proficient at handling large, complex losses, Rob specializes in property damage claims, including course of construction, large-scale industrial operations, agriculture, health care facilities and institutional occupancy. Rob has extensive experience adjusting complicated losses, including high-value multi-tenanted (strata) property, P3 and government-owned infrastructure (Including water treatment facilities, regional hospitals, large-scale auto recycling facilities and university medical centres).
