Katelynn Morrow brings nearly a decade of experience within the insurance industry. She started her career as a General Insurance Broker in 2013 and has moved through various opportunities until becoming a Telephone Claims Adjuster with British Columbia’s leading auto insurer. After gaining considerable claims handling experience, she joined Coast Claims as a Field Adjuster. She is dedicated to the principles of quality work and outstanding customer service, which are the standard at Coast Claims. Katelynn is motivated and hard working, and she has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. She is looking forward to advancing her career as an independent insurance adjuster and is presently working towards her CIP designation.

Pamela Allan

Pamela brings over a decade of experience as an Independent Adjuster in Ontario, Canada, and internationally, including the London, UK market. She holds an All Lines license and the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and is a member of the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association (CIAA).

Specializing in commercial general liability bodily injury claims and large commercial and residential property losses, Pamela has extensive experience in interviewing and statement-taking with a friendly and professional approach. She collaborates effectively with Adjusters and examiners.

Pamela has experience working with Risk Managers and serving as the Control Adjuster with delegated authority within the SIR. She is also experienced as a CAT Adjuster.

Rob began his career as an Independent Adjuster in 2008, with an international adjusting firm. Proficient at handling large, complex losses, Rob specializes in property damage claims, including course of construction, large-scale industrial operations, agriculture, health care facilities and institutional occupancy. Rob has extensive experience adjusting complicated losses, including high-value multi-tenanted (strata) property, P3 and government-owned infrastructure (Including water treatment facilities, regional hospitals, large-scale auto recycling facilities and university medical centres). Rob delivers exceptional claims handling tailored to meet his loyal clients’ needs.
