Joe Trudeau, grew up around the Great Lakes, immersing himself in the Marine Trade and Pleasure Industries. He began as a pleasurecraft designer, later expanding into vessel restoration, marina management, and surveying for a national adjusting firm. Joe has extensive experience in Caribbean CAT work post-hurricanes, is involved in marine trade associations, and has served as an expert witness in marine matters. He’s a member of ABYC, holds accreditations in vessel salvage and marine accident reconstruction, and advises Marine Underwriters on risk analysis and loss mitigation. Additionally, he acts as the Technical Advisor to Regional Boating Associations and collaborated with Transport Canada on the Small Commercial Vessel Certification Program.
